Job Description

Concrete Structures Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Structures Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of estimating experience on civil concrete structures, including bridges,culverts, retaining walls, box culverts, and other transportation or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for concrete structure projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Review project documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or concrete structures.
• Experience estimating bridges, culverts, retaining walls, box culverts, or similar concrete infrastructure.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
