Responsibilities
Own the integrated program plan across all client onboarding workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path
Run program governance cadences including steering committees, working groups, and leadership updates to drive alignment and decisions
Deliver executive ready reporting and communications including status updates, decision logs, and leadership presentations
Drive cross functional coordination across operations, legal, compliance, technology, and external partners to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
Manage vendor and partner deliverables including commitments, timelines, and interdependencies
Maintain RAID tracking, escalate issues, and recommend mitigation strategies proactively
Support performance measurement by building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and program metrics
Required Qualifications
7 plus years of experience in program management, PMO, business transformation, or related disciplines
Experience supporting large scale cross functional transformation programs
Strong executive communication skills including presentation development
Demonstrated ability to work across operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners
Experience leading program governance, integrated planning, and executive reporting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, JIRA, Appian, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services, asset management, or wealth management experience
Experience supporting client onboarding, account onboarding, or operational transformation programs
Familiarity with process improvement, workflow automation, and operational scalability initiatives
