Our employees are passionate problem‑solvers who turn ideas into reality.As a Ceres Sponsorship Student, you'll gain much more than classroom experience.Our sponsorship program includes:Paid tuition for an approved skilled trades programBooks, required fees, and tools providedPaid summer internships with competitive hourly payHands‑on experience working alongside experienced technicians, welders, machinists, fabricators, and engineersPersonalized mentorship throughout school and internshipsCareer opportunities with Ceres upon graduationWhat You'll DoWhile attending school, you'll combine classroom instruction with hands‑on experience in our manufacturing facility and shop.You'll have the opportunity to:Work alongside experienced professionals building, repairing, troubleshooting, and testing custom equipment and specialized machinery.Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, machining, fabrication, or welding projects depending on your field of study.Learn industry‑leading manufacturing, diagnostic, and repair techniques.Participate in technical training and professional development opportunities.Develop safe work habits while following company policies and procedures.Represent Ceres professionally at work, school, and within your community.Build the technical skills needed for a successful career in the skilled trades.What We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you:Have earned your high school diploma (or will graduate prior to program start).Plan to enroll, or are currently enrolled, in an approved Diesel Technology, Welding, Machining, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, or related skilled trades program.Have strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through school, hobbies, work experience, or personal projects.Enjoy solving problems and working with your hands.Work well independently and as part of a team.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Have a strong attendance record and positive attitude.Are committed to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Intend to pursue a long‑term career with Ceres after graduation.About CeresStudents selected for the sponsorship program are expected to:Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.Successfully complete both classroom and workplace learning requirements.Demonstrate Ceres' core values in school, at work, and in the community.Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.Make satisfactory progress toward graduation while actively participating in internship opportunities.Why Choose CeresAt Ceres, no two projects are the same.You'll gain hands‑on experience designing, building, repairing, and improving specialized equipment that serves customers across multiple industries.
