We focus on brand engagement and experiential experiences by providing strategic ideas, planning, and production in events, design, and technology.The Technical Production Coordinator will support technical and operational aspects of live and recorded events for the FOX family of brands, across multiple spaces on the FOX Lot as well as at offsite events. The Technical Production Coordinator will assist with technical operations, equipment tracking, event support, studio scheduling, crew scheduling, and digital asset management while working closely with production teams and event staff. The role requires proactive, adaptable, and comfortable performance in fast‑paced environments where multiple projects may be active simultaneously. The coordinator serves as a key support role, helping ensure that technical resources, communications, and event/production logistics are organized and executed efficiently.Regular, on‑site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position.Responsibilities Assist with organizing and displaying digital assets across various presentation and display platforms.Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues during meetings, productions, and events.Assist with the setup and coordination of Zoom meetings and webinars.Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, schedules, reports, and documentation using Google Workspace.Provide administrative and logistical support for technical and event‑related projects.Support daily studio scheduling and booking coordination.Support inventory tracking and organization of studio equipment and supplies.Help maintain studio readiness, including tracking supplies and coordinating maintenance requests as needed.Provide operational support to leadership and department staff as needed.Help maintain equipment storage areas and ensure equipment is properly tracked before and after events.Help prepare, deploy, track, and return equipment used for meetings and small‑scale events.Assist with live event production planning and execution.Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management for event‑related equipment.Assist with user access management and technology‑related administrative tasks.Support event logistics, including office‑in‑a‑box resources and production staffing coordination.Prepare and process payroll for events and technical freelance staff.Qualifications Familiarity with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast‑paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Basic troubleshooting skills for audio/visual and technology‑related issues.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).Ability to travel.Ability to work long hours (evenings/weekends).Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on feet for extended periods.Nice to Have Previous experience or internship experience in live events, studio operations, production support, or technical coordination.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.Compensation & Benefits Pay rate per hour is $25.75‑$32.00, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
