Act as an information hub for the park, being knowledgeable on ticket prices, current specials, upcoming events, and locations of amenities within the park, delivering excellent Guest Service.
Specific Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, always ready to assist guests with any park-related inquiries. • Upsell current offers, ensuring Guests have the opportunity to obtain the best deals and take advantage of all the park has to offer. • Assist team members with distribution of complementary tickets. • Rectify transaction errors. • Evaluate abilities of Guests and assist them with participation of Rides and Attractions. • Actively listen to Guest comments, with on-the-spot recovery and resolution, escalating as necessary. • Responsible for the Lost & Found program. • Responsible for the wheelchair rental program. • Provide appropriate weather-related Guest recovery. • Thank Guests for visiting, encourage them to return and create a lasting impression. • Maintain cleanliness within an area of responsibility. • Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required • Must be 16 years of age or older. • Ability to read, write and speak in English and understand operations manuals. • Must be comfortable communicating with all demographics of Guests, including those with concerns, comments and complaints. • Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
