About the Role:
Dick's Drive- In is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crew member. As a member of our Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other crew members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and to ensure that all food preparation and service meets our high standards. Crew members are critical to the success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Food safety certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking food items according to company standards and recipes
Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils
Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
