We are urgently hiring energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a quick and friendly manner.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment following food safety guidelines.
• Support food handling, bussing tables, and managing food storage to keep the store organized.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn POS systems like Aloha or Micros and develop culinary skills if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
