About the Role
Dick's Drive-In is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crew member. As a member of our Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other crew members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and to ensure that all food preparation and service meets our high standards. Crew members are critical to the success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Food safety certification
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking food items according to company standards and recipes
Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils
Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
