• High School Diploma
• Flexible schedule
• Personable, understands and able to work with all middle school students
• Support the program and coaching staff, be a good teammate
• Able to lead, plan and coach a team of athletes.
• Organized and able to use technology to run the middle school X-Country program.
• Communicates well written and verbally.
