Service Parts Associate I

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour

Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Parts Associate I to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and customer parts requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a stable and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Pull, process, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment and delivery.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and verifying incoming materials.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
• Support parts counter operations by assisting customers and processing orders.
• Utilize inventory and order management systems to locate and fulfill parts requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to perform occasional local parts pickups.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Parts, distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems and order processing.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and warehouse best practices.

Additional Information

• Warehouse environment is not climate controlled.
• Steel-toe boots/shoes are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during regular business hours.
