Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, algorithms, and frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities.
Lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for software development and AI/ML engineering.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Mandatory Skills:
15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI/ML engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
