Our client, a full-service printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Framingham!
Schedule: Full-time - 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $20-$23/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers
- Generate quotes and follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Provide friendly, professional customer support and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with email and office software
- Motivated, willing to learn, and able to work well with others
- Industry experience in printing, mailing, or embroidery is a plus, but not required
