Now Hiring: Customer Service Agent – Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Do you have a friendly attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and become the next friendly face at ZIPS Cleaners!

Position: Customer Service Agent Location: ZIPS Cleaners - We have 5 locations in the Austin Area Schedule: [Full-time/Part-time | We are open 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday Pay: $15+ depending on experience

What You'll Do:

Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude.

Check in and process garments for cleaning.

Handle payments, orders, and pickup/drop-off coordination.

Answer customer questions in person and by phone.

Ensure orders are accurate, clean, and ready on time.

Keep the front counter clean, organized, and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

Great communication and customer service skills.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.

Comfortable using a POS system (we'll train you!).

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
