Description

Our client, currently located in Nashville (will be relocating to Spring Hill), is seeking a direct-hire Customer Service Manager to join their growing team.This position will lead a team of four Customer Service Representatives and will be a hands‑on leadership role that also handles customer issues and account management.DutiesLead and develop a multi‑site customer service team while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.Oversee customer accounts, order management activities, and day‑to‑day customer communications to ensure exceptional service delivery.Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support customer retention, account growth, and operational effectiveness.Establish and monitor service KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience in manufacturing or similar operational environments, strong ERP/CRM proficiency, and a hands‑on, relationship‑focused leadership style.Requirements3+ years of customer service, account management, and/or inside sales leadership experience.CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred).Ability to work an in‑office schedule, Monday–Friday 7:30–4:30.Title : Customer Service ManagerLocation : currently in Nashville, will be moving to Spring HillSchedule : Fully in‑office Monday–Friday 7:30–4:30Pay : $70k–$75k salary depending on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
