Commercial Customer Service Representative

Close knit team environment has an opening for a Commercial Customer Service Representative in their Columbia, SC office! Enjoy working in a brand new office Employee appreciation events! Hiring Immediately! Salary: $40K-$50K

What Your Future Day Will Look Like

• Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient, and proactive customer service
• Developing quotes and estimates
• Answering inbound calls and creates service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
• Working closely with the commercial sales department on quotes
• Invoicing open orders
• Working with vendors to source/cost materials
• Managing open orders and assists with collections
• Assisting with setting the commercial service schedule

To Be A Champion In This Role, You Will Need

• Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• 2+ years Customer Service experience preferred
• Previous estimating and quoting experience is a plus
