What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist shoppers in finding products and offer helpful recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory
• Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system
• Stock shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
• Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges
• Support store promotions and sales activities
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, move, and handle light merchandise throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings or weekends as needed
• Basic computer or POS system experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
