Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Make an average of a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
- Verify customers' account details
- Record payment details
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, provide solutions
- Keep accurate and concise notes on accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Attend EAC-provided educational opportunities
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Develops alternative solutions
- Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Confident typing skills
- Comfortable with data entry in web-based systems
- Proficient in basic computer use including Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
