Customer Service Representative

We are hiring quickly for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our busy, growing office in Metairie. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and helping people get the service they need.

What You'll Do:

• Answer and handle customer calls
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Assist customers with questions and service needs
• Coordinate schedules with technicians and internal team
• Verify warranty coverage and update customer records

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or office experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable guiding conversations and helping customers make decisions
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills
