Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maximize container load utilization and coordinate shipment requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding order status and shipment updates
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to meet customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks as needed
- Previous customer service and order processing experience required
- Experience using CRM systems
- Working knowledge of SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Onsite interview required
- Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
