$35,000 plus up to $10,000 a year in bonus potential!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate customer service activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate customer service activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Research and resolve disputes
- Enter order information
- Process and schedule work orders
- Enter installer pay information and back charges
- Job cost invoices
- Post payments
- Respond to customer service issues
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Maintain files
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Possess the ability to handle a high volume call environment.
