About the Role:

Join Ryans Auto Body as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you will help guide customers through their auto body repair journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist customers with the repair process, including estimates, timelines, and insurance claims.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle repairs.

Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and support as needed.

Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for customers.

Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.

Familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus.

Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
