Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on products, services, locations, and roadside assistance availability.
Record customer requests and details accurately in the company's system.
Coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
High school diploma or GED required.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.
