Customer Service Representative Position

Currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative position on 1st shift in the Florence, KY area. Compensation and benefits for the Customer Service Representative include an unlimited $150 referral bonus for any newapplicants you refer, vacation pay, and temp to hire opportunities.

Health, dental, and vision insurance are also provided.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

• Documenting customer contacts through our customer service database.
• Using Mazak electrical and mechanical part documentation to assist customers to identify Mazak part numbers.
• Providing customers with quotations including price and availability information.
• Entering part and accessory orders providing confirmation to customers including shipping requirements.
• Providing customers with status information on orders including shipping status and tracking information. Expediting and communicating with internal departments as needed.
• Providing customers with information for returning parts for repair or restocking.
• Following all company instructions, safety policies, and rules.
• Performing other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative include:

• 1st shift 10 am- 7:30pm M-Thurs + Fridays.
• High school diploma / GED.
• Must pass a 10 panel drug test.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
