Personal Lines Account Manager/Csr

Wood Insurance is looking for a personal lines account manager/csr to join their team in Lynn, MA.

Schedule: In-person Monday-Friday 9-5pm

Details:

• Experience not required, but preferred
• Supportive training provided
• Starting pay: $25/hr.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills
• Strong organization skills & detail oriented
• Work well in a fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
• Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
• Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
• Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
• Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
