Call Center Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a dynamic superstar to help support our growing teams in our Wixom, Michigan headquarters! This is a great opportunity to support our sales, install, and service teams. We have full-time and part-time openings.

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Basic Microsoft office
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and detail
• Strong organization skills
• Effective communicator
• Team players that enjoy a team environment
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules to complete work
• 1-2 years of customer service handling high call volume/Service Titan scheduling experience preferred
