Shift Details:

• 
  8.30am - 4.30pm
  
• 
  10.30am - 6.30pm
  
• 
  12.30pm - 6.30pm
  

Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide courteous customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors in the campus store.
  
• 
  Assist customers with locating textbooks, school supplies, apparel, merchandise, and other store items.
  
• 
  Stock, organize, label, and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
  
• 
  Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and shipments.
  
• 
  Assist with textbook distribution, returns, buybacks, and order pickup activities as assigned.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or low-stock items.
  
• 
  Operate point-of-sale equipment and process transactions when authorized.
  
• 
  Maintain clean, orderly, and attractive sales and storage areas.
  
• 
  Assist with seasonal store setup, promotional displays, and high-volume periods.
  
• 
  Follow college policies, cash-handling procedures, safety requirements, and customer service standards.
  

Minimum Qualifications 

• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  
• 
  A valid DL/ID
