Customer Service – Sales Support

This is a customer-facing position supporting sales efforts while delivering excellent service. You'll assist customers, manage orders, and partner with sales teams to drive satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries (pricing, inventory, ETAs, post-sale support)
• Manage calls, emails, and CRM updates
• Process orders, returns, and quotes
• Support sales reps and cover accounts as needed
• Resolve issues and assist new account setup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service (office or call center)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency
