Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges accurately within established service level agreements
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product availability details
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within CRM and ERP systems
  • Assist customers with basic product information and coordinate technical inquiries with engineering or technical support teams
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely communication and follow-up
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, customer support, order management, or related experience
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
