Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges accurately within established service level agreements
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product availability details
- Handle customer concerns and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within CRM and ERP systems
- Assist customers with basic product information and coordinate technical inquiries with engineering or technical support teams
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely communication and follow-up
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service, customer support, order management, or related experience
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
