How you'll make an impact in this role

Perform a variety of customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries and problems. Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.

• Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.

• Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.

• Maintain records as appropriate.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

PRN postilion will cover the following: Sat and Sun- 0500-0900 (will likely become 8 hour shifts), potential to fill in as needed during the following shifts: 0700-1900 and 0900-0700 (Sunday-Saturday), M-F 0500-1330, 0700-1530, and 1100-1730.

Prefer current/previous healthcare experience in an inpatient environment.
