In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients-helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.

• Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
• Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms
• Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements
• Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
