Join us to advance your career and tackle national defense challenges.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring products and materials move in and out of the facility accurately and efficiently.RequirementsReceive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slipsAccurately document and label incoming and outgoing goodsPrepare and package outbound shipments in accordance with company standards and customer specificationsCoordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and driversMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle countsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required)Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving areaCommunicate with internal teams (purchasing, quality, production, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materialsWeekly Status ReportsPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferredBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ERP systems)Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsFamiliarity with Sage X3 ERP is a plusExperience with international shipments is a plusForklift certification is a plusWork Environment:This position requires work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical activity.
