Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Demand Planning Manager .Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid 3/2Compensation: $100k- $120kSchedule: M-FWhat's in it for you?Strategic Impact: Play a critical role in driving forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performanceCross-Functional Visibility: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to influence key business decisionsGrowth Opportunity: Join an organization focused on continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellenceWhat will your day look like?Demand Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple product lines and customer channels using historical sales data, market trends, and business insightsData Analysis & Planning: Analyze forecast performance, identify demand drivers, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and inventory performanceCross-Functional Collaboration: Lead demand review discussions, support S&OP activities, and work closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align inventory and production plans with customer demandWho are you?Analytical Professional: 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a related disciplineTechnical Expert: Advanced Excel skills with experience utilizing ERP systems and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar toolsCollaborative Business Partner: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, present data-driven insights, and drive alignment across multiple functionsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldExperience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, or related industriesKnowledge of statistical forecasting methodologiesExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence toolsKey Areas of SuccessInventory OptimizationDemand Plan Adherence#J-18808-Ljbffr
