Explore our businesses: POSITIONAs a Demand Planning Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will shape and execute SIOP and demand planning strategies to ensure precise forecasting and optimal demand management. You will lead a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and guiding all aspects of SIOP and demand planning activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data, market trends and customer insights to improve forecasting accuracy. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering accurate demand forecasts, you are invited to contribute to our demand planning operations.ResponsibilitiesLead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate SIOP meetings, develop actionable plans, and monitor progress against targets. Champion continuous improvement within the SIOP process to optimize inventory and customer satisfaction, supporting business growth.Execute a clear vision for the demand planning function and inspire the team to achieve forecast accuracy goals.Manage a team of demand planners, providing leadership and guidance in all aspects of demand planning activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecasting accuracy.Identify and manage demand risks, build contingency plans, lead SIOP planning including continuous process improvements.Create, maintain, and analyze sales forecasts and production plans at the account level globally for products and equipment.Conduct formal forecast reviews with Global Sales and Business to analyze, measure, and improve forecast accuracy.Design and implement supply chain optimization projects.Work with leadership for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning Process (STRAP).Process data, identify issues, and consolidate opportunities into a single forecast for Supply Chain action.Track KPIs and publish performance to multiple internal and external stakeholders.Present demand forecasts to Leadership at monthly meetings.Lead the SIOP process team and supply planners to maximize customer satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction, and financial performance.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of demand planners, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.QualificationsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee status) or have the ability to obtain export authorization.YOU MUST HAVE6+ years of planning, materials, sourcing, or related supply chain experience.Demonstrated leadership of the SIOP process, including cross-functional alignment, structured review cadence, and delivery of performance outcomes.Experience managing complex data analysis.Strong process orientation and experience in planning.Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.WE VALUEBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team toward common goals.Experience with ERP systems.Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g., RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF).Proficient in Microsoft applications.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.BenefitsEmployer-subsidized medical, dental, vision and life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverage401(k) match, flexible spending accounts and health savings accountsEmployee assistance program and educational assistanceParental leave and 12 paid holidaysPaid time off for vacation, personal and sick timeExplore your benefits:
