Job DescriptionDietician - Parker at Somerset (Monroe and Middlesex County) Per Diem, $42.00 - $46.00 hourly rate depending on experience, (2) two shifts monthly as needed including some weekends and evenings - The Dietician will plan and provide for the nutrition management and education of Parker residents and clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Food and Nutrition.
- Member of the American Dietetic Association with active registration.
- Verbal and written ability required to comprehend and document dietetic practices, principles and theories, as well as to communicate effectively with Medical Personnel and inter-disciplinary team.
- Numerical ability required to compute dietetic values of food.
- Experience with geriatric population preferred.
- Familiarity in basic computer skills.
- Current New Jersey Driver's License in good standing required and willingness to travel to different Parker locations in Middlesex County and Monroe township.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season.
