    Job Title: Director- Global Retail Design and Visual MerchandisingBrand: IT CosmeticsLocation: El Segundo, CASummary: The Director, Global Retail Design and Visual Merchandising is responsible for leading the brand's Global RDVM team to design compelling in‑store consumer experiences within all retailers in Europe, APAC, Americas and TR markets in order to drive the brand to outperform the market and strengthen brand equity. The incumbent will continue to be an industry leader creating exceptional shopping experiences while staying on time and budget. The individual will strategize and deliver consumer and market insights by partnering with the DMI marketing, GBD and creative teams to help drive new product launches visually via 360 concepts. The individual will strive to strengthen and protect the brand DNA and ensure its consistency in all consumer touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesBe the leader of the Global Visual Merchandising team to deliver a winning plan for growthBuild & implement the brand's in‑store communication & retail strategies to maximize & build equityOversee the design, execution, and production of: Drawer System, promotional units, events and permanent fixtures (gondolas, Back walls, corners etc…) in all retailers within all markets.Set and follow the annual brand budget with inputs from finance, marketing, sales & creativeCommunicate strategy to the team to ensure clarity and alignmentAdapt and communicate visual merchandising strategy to internal teams & zonesCommunicate strategy & vision to local productions and help oversee executionEnsure consistent 360 approach of the brand expression and execution across retail channelsDrive core pillar growth and identify further opportunities of growthOversee launch executions, design and productionBe the voice for the team and represent the brand in internal & external meetingsFoster collaboration between internal teams to ensure alignment and sharing & leveraging of best practicesPrioritize team development and create a positive team dynamic to maximize engagement and productivityBe a coach to the team and foster a culture of feedback (both direct and indirect reports) for better ways of workingQualifications7-10 years in retail design, visual merchandising and/or digital marketing experienceStrong people management & leadership skillsCollege degree strongly preferredAbility to be agile in a fast‑paced environmentStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsProven record of partnering cross‑functionally to create personalized customer experiencesExpert knowledge and skill in executing all VM across various zone retailersMust be analytical but also creativeDemonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partnersOpen to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goalsSelf‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker. Strong time management and prioritization skillsRetail experience strongly preferred; beauty experience not mandatoryProven track record as a change agent in a matrixed organizationSalary Range: 128-180k base + bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
