Description

THE ROLEWe are seeking an ambitious, highly experienced programmatic leader to join our Partnerships team and lead our inventory curation efforts. This role is both strategic and executional, responsible for building and scaling our curation business while remaining deeply hands‑on in campaign and deal execution.As a senior leader, you will own media decisioning across our curated inventory products, ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy across all SSP integrations. You will operate as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Trading, Sales, and Analytics, bringing both a deep understanding of the supply ecosystem and a strong operator mindset.This is a unique opportunity to help build a new and high‑growth business line within the company. We are looking for a true inventory expert: someone who understands supply, data, and deal mechanics inside and out, and can translate that into scalable, revenue‑driving solutions. This role is hybrid out of our New York City office.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale curated supply solutions across the Zeta DSPDefine and evolve the curation strategy, including packaging and go‑to‑market approachIdentify new opportunities to leverage data, inventory, and partnerships to drive incremental revenueEstablish best practices and scalable processes for curation across the organizationOwn the full deal lifecycle: setup, QA, launch, optimization, and troubleshootingCreate and manage Deal IDs (PMP, PG, curated deals) across SSPsEnsure accurate implementation of targeting, data signals, and deal parametersMonitor performance in real time and optimize for delivery, win rate, CPM efficiency, and campaign KPIsWork directly in‑platform to execute and optimize the deals in tandem with the TradersServe as a subject matter expert across all integrated SSP platformsPartner with SSPs and our internal Data Cloud team to develop data‑driven, performance‑optimized inventory packagesEvaluate supply quality, pricing, and performance to inform deal structuringManage inbound data processes with Product/Tech and ensure seamless integration into curated dealsCollaborate with Sales and Strategy to align curated offerings with client needs and revenue goalsAnalyze deal and inventory performance to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesUse data to inform decision‑making across supply selection, packaging, and pricingDevelop frameworks for measuring success of curated inventory and ensuring continuous improvementRequired Experience6–10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on supply, trading, or inventory partnershipsDeep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and deal‑based buying (PMPs, PG, curated marketplaces)Proven hands‑on experience activating and optimizing Deal IDs across multiple SSPsStrong understanding of the bid stream, ORTB, and auction dynamicsExperience evaluating inventory quality, negotiating pricing, and structuring dealsTechnical fluency with data workflows, APIs, and optimization methodologiesAdvanced analytical skills (Excel required; SQL a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly detail‑oriented with strong operational rigorBENEFITS & PERKSUnlimited PTOExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverageEmployee equityEmployee discounts, virtual wellness classes, and pet insuranceSALARY RANGEThe salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000, depending on location and experience.Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.#J-18808-Ljbffr
