Description

Overview The Sales Director is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue for all products and services within one or several customer segments and for one or more teams. They coach managers and, in conjunction with managers, help develop high performing employees. Manage departmental budget. Establishes strategic initiatives and projects together with direct supervisor. The starting base pay range for this position can be broad, typically from $155,920- $194,900 USD. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
