    Description

    This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week. Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.Job Profile SummaryThe Director, Planning & Replenishment is responsible for working cross functionally with leadership at the Corporate, Market, and Region levels. They will lead and develop team(s) consisting of a manager and (10+) planners and analysts to meet or exceed goals on strategic Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead & Develop a team of planners and analysts. Ensure the teams work collaboratively and effectively to provide a strong experience to customers and meet key metricsEnsure processes and tools are efficient and sustainable.Lead the development and implementation of planning & replenishment processManage the execution of supplier and product assortment initiativesDevelop Integrant Planning Capabilities including but not limited to: demand planning, replenishment, supplier engagement, SOP, SOEWorking cross functionally, leverage experience and analytical skillsDemonstrates well developed influencing skills with the ability to easily connect in a credible manner with cross functional teamsCreates and fosters high performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with a customer focus.REQUIRED EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Business or related fieldBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree sufficient to successfully perform essential job functions required.REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCESupply Chain or Procurement expertise in the operational/field setting.7+ years management/professional experience required. (7+ years preferred)Significant Supply Chain experience within a retail, wholesale or distribution environment preferred7+ years of demonstrated success in leading people or projects (or combination of both) requiredPREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in leading virtual teamsMulti-functional field experienceABILITIES AND SKILLSAbility to influence and lead virtual teamsAbility to motivate high-performing teams & enable a culture of best practicesAbility to manage conflict and reach quick resolution with facts and dialogueAbility to work cross-functionally and build relationships across the organization/enterpriseCritical thinking and problem solvingQualitative and quantitative analysisMethodical and organizedFluent in Microsoft Office Suite of ApplicationsComfortable with ambiguity and willingness to make decisionsStrong communicator – written and verbalPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
