Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders may oversee our mowing crews or landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of these landscape operations.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crewMaintaining production schedules and ensuring maintenance service expectations are metAssisting with training and development of crew membersDaily time‑keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew membersEnsuring all crew members perform their work in a safe mannerEnsuring equipment is in working order and properly maintainedUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape dutiesPerforming miscellaneous job‑related duties as assignedSkillsValid driver's license and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review requiredLandscaping experience and prior supervisory experience requiredBi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferredMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipmentMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.QualificationsMust meet the skills and responsibilities outlined above.
