    (DVM) - Urgent Care Veterinarian – Lacey, WA

     

    A well-established, multi-doctor animal care practice is seeking a Veterinarian with an interest in urgent care medicine to join a collaborative clinical team. This role is ideal for doctors who enjoy fast-paced casework, real-time decision-making, and the ability to manage same-day medical needs with strong in-house support.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide timely medical care for urgent and same-day patient needs

    • Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions

    • Perform procedures aligned with individual skill level and training

    • Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and outcomes

    • Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure quality patient care

    • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent

    • Active state veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure

    • Interest in urgent care or same-day medicine

    • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
