E-Commerce Warehouse Manager

The E-Commerce Warehouse Manager leads all DTC and marketplace fulfillment operations within a distribution environment. This role ensures SLA adherence, order accuracy, carrier optimization, and system integration between WMS, SAP, and shipping platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee DTC and marketplace fulfillment (UPS, USPS, Amazon Buy Shipping)
• Optimize pick vs pack productivity in automated and manual zones
• Ensure SLA compliance (same-day, next-day ship)
• Manage integration between SAP order types and WMS execution
• Ensure compliance with retailer and marketplace shipping standards
• Leverage automation systems (WES, Autostore) to increase throughput
• Monitor returns, and cost per order metrics
• Lead peak season and promotional surge planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years e-commerce fulfillment leadership
• Strong exposure to automation systems
• Experience with retailer compliance and chargeback management
• Knowledge of SAP integration and delivery order mapping
• Data-driven with strong analytics skills

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
