Location: Fall River, MA (Open to Relocation Candidates) (Onsite - 9/80 Schedule)Job Description:Insight Global is seeking an experienced Earned Value (EV) Cobra Baselining Subject Matter Expert (SME) to establish program baselines and train new analysts on EV-compliant practices, for one of our largest federal clients. The goal is to fully train an analyst capable of maintaining the EV and baseline requirements for the program. This person will establish and maintain program baseline budgets for performance measurement using Cobra and SAP tools. They will ensure data integrity and compliance in Earned Value Management. This person will prepare and review Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) and generate and review variance reports with input from Control Account Managers (CAM).Must Haves:Skills and Expertise:Extensive experience with COBRA and SAPStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically ExcelExpertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, processes, and baselining techniquesExperience in developing and conducting training programsKnowledge:Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA Intent GuidesUnderstanding and experience with various contract types such as CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFPPreferred Skills:Experience in a leadership development programExperience managing the financials for a highly visible programAdvanced knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysisCertifications such as PMP, EVMP, or similar are preferredEssential Functions:Earned Value Management (EVM) and Baselining:Establish and maintain program baseline budgets for performance measurement using Cobra and SAP toolsEnsure data integrity and compliance in Earned Value ManagementPrepare and review Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7)Generate and review variance reports with input from Control Account Managers (CAM)Training and Development:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new analysts focused on EV-compliant practices and baselining techniquesProvide hands-on training and mentorship to ensure analysts gain proficiency in EV methodologies and toolsetsCreate and maintain training materials and documentation to support ongoing education and developmentConduct regular training sessions and workshops to reinforce learning and address any knowledge gapsAssist with full lifecycle financial management, including forecasting and EV managementSupport comprehensive financial forecasting and variance analysis, including profitability and cash flowEnsure accuracy of Estimates at Completion (EAC) for all assigned effortsSystem and Process Management:Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance data integrity and complianceContribute to achieving departmental goals through process improvementsCommunication and Leadership:Communicate effectively within and outside the function to gain cooperation on operational processes, training initiatives, and best practicesPerform work with minimal supervision and provide leadership in training and development effortsAct as a subject matter expert for queries and issues related to EV compliance and baseliningAd Hoc Analysis and Reporting:Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support program and training objectivesPerform other duties as assigned by leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
