Our team is passionate about education and creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace.Job Overview As an Educational Consultant at Cardinal Education, you will be at the intersection of academic mentorship and strategic development. In this role, you'll work directly with students to provide personalized academic support and standardized test preparation, helping them build confidence, master challenging concepts, and develop critical thinking skills that last a lifetime.Beyond working with students, you'll take an active role in shaping the business—developing curriculum, building community partnerships, supporting recruitment, and helping refine internal processes. If you're energized by working closely with families, solving complex challenges, and being part of a dynamic company culture, this role is for you.Responsibilities Academic Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one‑on‑one academic mentorship in various academic subjects and/or standardized exams, guiding students to discover their strengths, reduce stress, and overcome academic challenges. Complete comprehensive training programs to effectively identify and address students' individual strengths and weaknesses.Business Development: Engage in core business functions, including but not limited to curriculum development, establishing partnerships with educational professionals and local organizations, managing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and contributing to the implementation and development of company policies.Qualifications Eligibility Proficiency in multiple high school core subjects, with an emphasis on AP‑level sciences as a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to the role for a minimum of one full school year.Experience in successful group work and completing complex projects.Experience Prior tutoring or test prep experience is advantageous.Education Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university.Knowledge and Skills A high level of energy and sociabilityExceptional writing abilityAbility to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people, including executives, students, and other coachesAbility to work independently yet dutifully within the company's pedagogy and processesApply relentless dedication to delivering resultsDrive to help cultivate student thinking so that students become well‑rounded and no longer need coachingProficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite and familiarity with social networking platforms.Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and marketing materials is a plus.Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting salary with substantial room for continued compensation growth based on performance.Medical insurance reimbursementTwo weeks of paid leave, including sick leavePerformance bonusesRelocation and commuter benefitsPaid lunchesRegular company/team‑building events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
