Educational Consultants work directly with students and families in the afternoon and evening to provide personalized 1‑on‑1 academic support and advising for:Standardized Test PreparationOngoing School CourseworkExecutive Function ManagementPassion ProjectsConfidence and Soft Skill‑buildingDuring the morning and midday, besides receiving training on teaching pedagogy, Educational Consultants learn about and contribute to the growth and operations of the business in some of the following fields based on aptitude:SalesRecruitmentResearch & Data AnalysisCurriculum DevelopmentMarketingManagementQualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM subject from an elite, nationally accredited university.Proficiency in high school‑level core STEM subjects, including AP‑level math and sciences.Prior experience tutoring/coaching in STEM subjects for high school‑aged students.Having a registered vehicle and a license for transportation between offices and to students' homes.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and 1 weekend day for 8 months of the year.SkillsExtrovert personality: can engage and excite students.Organized and detail‑oriented.Growth‑mindset: willing to learn business principles and having a desire for career advancement.Proficiency in the Google Suite and Gemini.Compensation & BenefitsOn‑Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000-$115,000+Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000Performance & Referral‑Based Bonuses: $15,000-$40,000+Paid out in two installments yearlySign‑On Bonus401(k) matching programMonthly medical reimbursement12 days of paid leave, and 3 sick daysPaid lunches3 tanks of gas reimbursed monthly for your primary commute vehicle (electric vehicle charge reimbursement subject to discussion)Up to $2,500 in relocation reimbursementYearly performance reviews with clear pathways to advancement: business operations, management, and admissions consulting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
