The Educational Programs Coordinator ensures that Reasons Institute's online education programs are delivered with excellence to adult learners while building the Moodle platform, the internal processes, and the relationships needed for future growth. This role combines operational excellence with project management and continuous improvement, supporting students, instructors, university partners, and internal teams.Am I the right fit? This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into educational programs leadership. During your first year, you'll become immersed in our educational operations, learning the Moodle platform, the processes, and the relationships that support our courses. As you grow in the role, you'll have increasing opportunities to lead improvement initiatives, coordinate the development of new educational products, strengthen university partnerships, and oversee contractors who help further our mission to bring new reasons to believe in the God of the Bible.Responsibilities/DutiesEducational Operations:Prepare academic calendar on a rolling basisSet up and maintain courses on varied learning management systems (LMS), such as Moodle (our primarily learning platform) and Engage SpacesUpload weekly lesson files and videos to Moodle and Engage Spaces, confirming each video plays correctlyConfirm each week's Moodle content matches the official curriculumDiagnose and resolve Moodle problems as they arise (broken links, upload errors, access issues)Facilitate marketing strategies for course enrollmentAudit recorded classes to confirm instructors are engaging students with the approved curriculumMaintain materials and digital inventory for Reasons Institute coursesStudent and Instructor Experience:Enroll students in courses and relevant databasesAssist students and instructors via telephone and emailCompile and analyze student feedback surveysHire and orient online instructorsCultivate relationships with existing partnerships and process invoicesEducational Product Development:Coordinate course content and materials evaluationsMaster updates to Moodle and other course delivery tools as they evolvePartner with the Scholar Community Program Director in envisioning new educational contentCoordinate the development of new educational materials (i.e. scheduling studio recordings, archiving digital assets, acquiring new materials, preparing contractor agreements, etc.)Programs Operation and Growth:Generate program reports for leadership and donorsOversee yearly and monthly budgetsParticipate in and contribute to designated department and RTB all staff meetingsImprove upon standard operating procedures and document new proceduresQualificationsCharacteristics:Exceptional follow-through and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersStrong written communication with individuals of varied academic backgroundsA service-oriented mindset toward students, instructors, and partnersCuriosity and willingness to research unfamiliar topicsAbility to identify problems and propose solutionsCommitted Christian that shares RTB's core distinctivesCommitted to RTB's purpose, vision, mission, and core valuesExperience:Bachelor's Degree (required)2+ years experience in administrationExperience in education, nonprofit, ministry, or program coordinationExperience working with online learning environments preferredExperience managing projects from concept through completion preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
