Join Our Client as an Electrical Engineer Power System Protection in Ann Arbor, MI a 100% employee-owned global leader building bold, resilient infrastructure! We need an expert with an engineering degree and 5-10 years of transmission experience for advanced P&C design and relaysettings.

responsibilities:

• Develop protective relay settings (line, transformer, breaker, bus) and apply Protection & Control (P&C) design concepts, including one-lines, schematics, and wiring.
  
  
• Utilize system modeling software (ASPEN, CAPE, etc.) and apply predominant protection schemes for Transmission, Distribution, and Renewable Collector Substations.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with NERC-PRC and industry standards while actively functioning in a QC/QA capacity to maintain high-quality engineering deliverables.
  
  
• Lead small projects by managing schedules, budgets, and staffing, and support proposal development with engineering estimates and scopes of work.
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients, bringing strong leadership to mentor and develop early-career professionals on behalf of Our Client.
