Electrical Engineer - Servo Motors - Electro-Mechanical Actuation - Direct - 0901

We are working closely with our Client who is a leading provider of Innovative Motion Control Motors and other Electro-Mechanical Actuation Devices for the aerospace industry. We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for a direct or long term contract position

Requirements:

• BSEE, or MSEE or related field with 3+ years' experience experience with developing Servo Motors for electro-mechanical motion control /motor products/actuation devices such for demanding aerospace applications.
• Troubleshoot test system issues as they arise.
• Maintain data and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet with customers and engineers to ensure testing goals are met.

Desired Skills

• Experience with PID control, specifically closed loop load, pressure, position, and velocity control.
• Experience with calibration of transducers, signal conditioners, and amplifiers
• Test system design experience, including industrial electronics and cable assembly.
• Experience with serial communication protocol
• Background in electric motors and drives.
• Experience with Delta Motion controllers, or similar motion controllers.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
