Now Hiring Skilled Assembler / Finisher!

We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically skilled Assembler/Finisher to join a fast-paced manufacturing team working with large industrial transformer core and coil units.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and fine-tune core/coil transformer units with precision mechanical and electrical adjustments
• Inspect, prepare, and stage units for testing and shipment
• Work with hand tools, power tools, cranes, forklifts, and industrial equipment
• Use hydraulic and air-powered tools, vacuum systems, and hot oil systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Complete basic documentation and quality checks accurately
• Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding when required

What We're Looking For

• Prior mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable reading tape measures and working with precision tools
• Experience with industrial tools and equipment (cranes, forklifts, power tools, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and crouching throughout shift
• Good hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly work
• Must meet vision requirements for inspection tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pre-employment physical required
• Must be able to work in a hands-on industrial environment
