What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of electrical experience.
Grounding system experience is a plus!
18+ years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.
A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
Able to pass a background check.
Willing to travel weekly for projects.
Physically fit - Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
What You'll Be Doing:
Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
Reading blueprints and construction plans to execute precise installations.
Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
Tackling other duties as assigned-because every day is different!
