Onsite Job: Electro-Mechanical Assembler B
Work Location: North Charleston, SC
Shifts: Third, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Required Skills:

• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mechanical skills building and disassembling items using hand tools and calibrated precision tools.
• Performing repairs following an instruction manual.
• Complete knowledge of shop processes including Foreign Object Damage/Debris (FOD) prevention, material handling, safety, calibration requirements, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specifications, changes, and designs).
• Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies and the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to use established physical, mechanical, or scientific principles and perform appropriate tests to identify and solve problems encountered on the job, including locating and isolating problems, identifying possible solutions, and selecting practical and effective approaches.
• Ability to gather, retain, and recall a variety of facts and data in written and/or verbal form to accomplish assigned work tasks.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts and systems (e.g., planned versus unplanned demand, economic order quantity, resource planning, material type, manufacture or purchase, and lead times).

• Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
